I'm sure I am not the only one who is excited about the Fall Winter Collection. I have been extremely busy with the production for the new show i'm working on and haven't had the time to blog but  I just had to let you lovelies know about the Fall Winter 14/15 collection. Its wedding season time and I know you all would be looking out for gowns.

Emma Watson- Blushful Shades!

Emma Watson wore a Narciso Rodriguez at the Tribeca Film Festival. She wore a light blush top with a clashing pink skirt. She paired her outfit with a nude heels (That I adore!). Check out her look here:

Yes, I do agree the clashing of pinks does not do so well with her skin tone but she managed to pull it off.

An Addiction

All of us have had one of those days when you are innocently browsing the internet when a banner catches your eye and then you're in big trouble. I used to be a huge online shopping addict. Took an intervention session from a few friends for me to realize it and to control my addiction. (Trust me, I am NOT exaggerating) I had a problem.

I was fine since last July, until I saw this banner. Saw this beautiful gown and the next thing I know, I'm at the checkout page. -_- ha ha. No regrets here though.

Paris Fashion Week- Maiyet's Fall 2014 Collection

Hello, fellow bloggers

If you haven't checked out the Paris Fashion Week. Please do. So far, I have enjoyed this year's Fall Collection from Maiyet.

Their Coats were exceptionally interesting. Merging of two fabrics  in the right angle accents the curves and the entire look was well done.

BAFTA Awards, 2014. My Red Carpet Favorites

Angelina Jolie in a Saint Laurent suit. One word. Exceptional! There is no possible way someone could pull this look better than she did. 

Lupito Nyong'o was in a Christian Dior couture gown with Louboutins. Very similar to the gown Jennifer Lawrence wore to the grammy's last year expect for the difference in color. Though J-Law is the Dior girl, Lupito killed it at the awards in the perfect color and pretty smile.

my last pick for the best dressed that evening would be Uma Thurman in an Atelier Versace gown. She paired her dress with Chopard jewels. Elegant and beautiful.

Oscars 2014, Stars to look out for!

Last year, at the Oscars, we had some beautiful dresses being paraded by extremely talented actors. My personal favorites were 

The 'Les Miserables' star, Amanda Seyfried who was in an embroidered halter-neck Alexander McQueen gown with which she paired Lorraine Schwartz jewels. 

and Amanda Seyfered who wore an Alexander McQueen halter gown which had fetching dragonfly embellishments. It complimented her so well. I loved her look.

These are two stars i'm looking out for at the Oscars this year. I can't wait!

David Meister-Sequin Illusion Gown

I have always thought Ilhaam Abbas had impeccable taste. She outdid herself when she decided to pick this David Meister gown! Its a Sequin Illusion Gown. Glittering sequin embroidery adorns the alluring illusion neckline on this cap sleeve jersey gown. The ruching at waist creates an ultra-elegant silhouette.

1960's inspired Baker-Boy hats are are clearly making scene on the ramps this year. It is worn across casual and formal wear. What are your thoughts on the hats? Like or Dislike?

Anna Faris Grammy's, 2014

Anna Faris killed it at the Grammy's this year. The comedian wore a deep blue gown by Fitriani. The color looked brilliant  against Anna’s skin.

The subtle sweetheart neckline was a soft start to the silhouette which lead to a slight mermaid hemline and train for added drama. The pocket-like detail on the hips highlighted Anna’s small waist.

El's Collection

So I was looking around to buy myself a dress for my cousin's wedding and I couldn't find anything I liked. I finally came across Ilhaam's David Meister collection and I found the dress I was born to wear (Yes, I'm slightly exaggerating but you will know why when you see the dress!). So excited. Can NOT wait for the dress to be delivered!

Who is excited for the Grammys this year?

I'm stoked for the Grammys this year. Last year, Rihana looked absolutely stunning. I can't wait to see what she is going to wear this year.

The beautiful singer stunned in a ravishing custom Azzedine Alaïa gown featuring sexy sheer panels of chiffon. Who knew she could pull of this look! He hair, the make up, her dress, everything was simply perfect.

Golden Globes 2014, Trend Alert! RED ruled the show!

Red stood out during the Golden Globes this year and I just thought they all looked absolutely gorgeous. Lupita Nyong'o stole the show this year in a Ralph Lauren, cape gown. I thought the gown was simply breath-taking. What do you ladies think?
